I actually have two...
The first is Phish's "Farmhouse." It was me and my friends anthem through college. The group of us would gather in someone's dorm room (before the days when we could legally go to the bars), listen to music while drinking and playing cards and this song was always a must. We'd sing it at the top of our lungs, swaying back and forth, probably looking like a bunch of idiots. When we could go out to the bars, we'd always check the jukebox to see if they had it (college town bars normally do have SOME Phish I've found) and then play it about 4 times during the night. The day I got married, one of the maids of honor brought a copy of it and they put it on repeat while we were getting ready to help calm me down... and then we made the guys listen to it in the limo the entire ride to the reception... they didn't appreciate it as much as we girls did! Everytime I hear it played though, I think of all the good times I've had with my friends...
Another is "Mary Jane's Last Dance" by Tom Petty. "She grew up/ in an Indiana town/ had a good looking mama/ who never was around/ Well she grew up tall /and she grew up right/with those Indiana boys/on those indiana nights." It's got to be one of the favorites for almost any girl who has grown up in good ol' Indiana.
