headless rats ... yuck!

i dont know what it is lately but we seem to be having a big rat problem in our area!  one of my cats, romeo, seems to think that we cant provide for him or something & has been bringing home 1 or 2 a day!  that wasnt such a big deal until the other day because at least before they were still alive so i could just catch romeo & the rat would run off ... but for the last 2 days he has been bringing them home periodically throughout the day & dropping them off at the front door with no freakin head! ... i just have to say YUCK!
