A great family getaway ????

My husband and I would love to have a weekend getway with our child. In Feb. he will be done with his internship and I can take time off from work. We would like to go somewhere that would be fun, great shopping, nice hotels, good food, site seeing, and won't break our bank. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help me out. I would like to start planning soon. 3 days 2 nights would be nice
