Caedmon auditioned for a commercial yesterday...

We had sent our boys pics to a talent agency back before summer. We were sent emails for both the boys to audtion for some things in the summer, but with Caedmon in TX and the busy time we were having-we didnt make it. Well we got an email Monday about a commercial for a hospital to have auditions Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesday afternoon after auditions closed the agency actually made a personal call to us to let us know they really wanted Caedmon to come in and audition! So we took him! This was his first and I thought he'd be really nervous, but he was so laid back and natural at it! Cameron entertained everyone in the waiting area and Caedmon blew the camera lady away with his ability to just pretend to be a sincere son, visiting his sick dad in the hospital with noone there! Especially on his first try! I was surpised and so proud of him! So we find out Monday if we get a call back and if he does land the part he will film next weekend! He is very excited, but totally not someone who'd be upset if he doesnt get it. We are excited for him because he is finding something he likes. He is waiting to hear what part he gets in his school Christmas program and cant wait! Im thrilled cause Ive been worried that he doesnt do enoug-since he isnt really into playing sports, but I think he is finding his passion! He even wants to have a part in our church contata! His daddy was an award winning theater actor in High School and I think Caedmon is going to follow him. Dave even had a full scholarship but didnt want to make theater his career. Especially since Caedmon was already on the way at that point. So we will see where this takes him and I hope he has a blast doing it!

That is so great sweetie! Kurt ( my hubby) did the same thing in high school and everyone thought he would go on to be a famous actor, but he choose the FINANCE field. You can ask Dawn she has spoke with him over the phone and he is crazy. He makes me laugh 24-7 I call him my Prozac! lol Madison, is just like him to. So, maybe she will follow his her Daddy's shoes. I wish Caedmon good-luck even though I know he doesn't need it. Keep me in touch and let me know how it goes.
