Frustration

I'm trying harder then ever to get a job. I had to make that horrible decision of wanting to leave my child with someone else all day. But I keep on applying and I either don't hear nothing from the company or someone more qualified meets their standards. I wish something good would come my way for my family. We live in a camper next to my families house. It is getting cold here and I'm in my parent's house all day long because the propane only last for a little bit. My boyfriend and I have had so many hardships. We basically got evicted from our apartment and no one would approve us to move into another apartment in TX unless we had 2 grand on the spot. So We packed up and took 400 dollars with us and moved near my parents 2000 miles from where I went to school and had our own life. Things are so bad here I mean my boyfriend works two jobs and we still can't get caught up on bills. Our car got repossed, my insurance cancelled me out, we have no winter clothes, and not a stable place here at all. The state only gives us a tiny bit of foodstamps which last about 2 weeks and luckliy the baby gets medicaid. It is going to cost us about 2 grand up front to move into an apartment here. Then we'd have to pay a moving company to take the stoarage from tx to vt. I just want a descent paying job because we need another income. I'm so frustrated with the state, the job vacancies, and nothing seems enough no matter how hard we (especially him) tries.

Jun. 3, 2008 at 5:39 PM Girl I feel u about living pay check to pay check. It just sucks!!!!! Currently my hubby is trying to find another job that pays more and i too had to make that wrenchful decision to leave my baby with someone else, luckily though that other person is my sister, and help my hubby with the bills. It just sucks u know having that 400-600 dollar pay check n getting like this relieft in ur eyes only for it to come back with u start writing those checks for the bills n to everyone u owe, and only to be left with like 20.00 which has to go to gas and which will only give u like not even half a tank. I hate it right now food stamps will probably go up for us cause we ain't working but i hate the fact that when someone tries to better themselves like get a job those benefits go down don't these people know that giving us less puts us in the spot n making a hard decision? U would think they would help us out more because we are working n not sitting on our ass all day long reaping the tax dollars. Have u tried getting into a housing program to help with rent? I'm in that program here in TX and it has helped us move out of my moms place, but like food stamps the more u work the more u pay and well that hard decision is still there but with every little thing they help with well it helps. I'm here if u need to vent or talk : )
