Here's Hoping!

I am hoping to be back online at home by the end of the week! Not 100% sure but hopeful about the possibility anyway!

We have been really busy the last few days! We had a HUGE yard sale to get rid of what was left at Granny Grunt's house and somethings we no longer needed as well. We made a little over $600, not too bad for a one day sale if you ask me. Glad it's over with to be totally honest. One less thing you know.

The kids are all doing great. 3 of the 4 girls competed today in UIL contest in Quannah, a town about 90 miles from here. The meets are purely academic and I love that the kids want to compete. Jessica, Micheala, and Sarah all went and Erin was an alternate but they didn't end up needing her to go so she missed out this round. They always do well and I am so proud of them for putting forth even more effort when it comes to learning than they have to! It sure makes us proud as parents to see our kids trying to better themselves! Can't really ask for more than that now can we?

Well, I am at the library, waiting on the girls to get home from the trip to Quannah. Just wanted to say hey to all of you and let you know I was thinking about you!

Nov. 13, 2007 at 8:20 AM That was a VERY successful one day yard sale. How is Granny Grunt? I hope you get back online soon, but understand if you can't. I miss ya! lol Glad to hear from ya! Yes, it is wonderful to see the kids learn more than they have to. You have every right to be proud that is for sure.
