Ok Ladies I want to know if I am the only one out there.  I trying to get in shape with a diet and excercise.  I joined the gym and I just bought the Taebo DVD the amped ones.  Well I tried to do it last night and I thought I was gonna DIE.  This is impossible to do when you are a beginner.  Everyone always says how great Taebo is and I thought I would buy it.  The last time I worked out with tapes was when Richard Simmons had sweating with the oldies.  My husband made fun of me the other night when I was doing the sweating with the oldies.  That one I can actually do.  Taebo is too hard.    I was so into doing this but I suck at it.

So who here does Taebo.  Is there an easier tape, or am I just that out of shape that I can not do it??

Any other suggestions on what DVD you use??

Nov. 13, 2007 at 5:58 PM I always liked the Cindy Crawford workout videos, A New Dimension was her latest one after she had kids.  I tried Taebo once, too, hated it.  They kept focusing on the people's faces instead of the moves they were doing, and I was totally lost.  I use a DVD called Pilates Plus, it incorporates Pilates, yoga and ballet moves for a really good workout.

Nov. 14, 2007 at 5:01 PM I haven't tried TaeBo, but have been interested. I am guilty of purchasing yoga tapes and equipment, but have yet to use them :P.  Pilates is another I'd like to try, but I'm better at using an exercise bike or walking or some other form of physical activity in the wild. LOL!
