Saving Little Hearts will send a free set of assorted CHD Holiday Cards to each family that starts a Saving Little Hearts CarePage or changes their existing CarePage to a Saving Little Hearts CarePage. Simply go to www.carepages.com/savinglittlehearts, register for free and start creating your page. Be sure to select Saving Little Hearts as your healthcare provider and send an invitation to view the page to Saving Little Hearts as well as all your friends and family. Once Saving Little Hearts reviews your page we will mail a set of holiday cards to you (remember we can't send your cards if we don't know you have a page a set up so don't forget to send us the information about your CarePage).

If you already have a CarePage and want to change it to Saving Little Hearts simply email [e-mail] and request they change your healthcare provider to Saving Little Hearts.
