Traveling...

So we are in Colorado today. We started our drive on tues afternoon and made it to Arizona by evening. It was really nice in Scottsdale. I got to take the kids shopping while my husband had some meetings. Then when he got back we ate some lunch and started our drive to New Mexico. We made it there a little late around 10 so that was a bummer. We were over the long drive and there wasn't that much to do there the next morning. But Tristan's meetings were quick so we ate lunch at Cracker Barrel! Yum it's been a few years since Ive had that place, then started the drive to Colorado. It's beautiful here! We are in Denver and think it's a little cold for us but our hotel overlooks the Rockies so we like it.

This afternoon we only have an hour drive to fort collins then we get to relax for a few days. After my cousin's wedding we will be off to Utah then Las Vegas. It has been really great traveling with the kids. We are lucky that they love the car so much and we don't even have a DVD player for them to watch while we are driving! My son is living off magnetic puzzles, alphabet flash cards, and coloring books. It's been really nice having a week with daddy too. We get back Tues.  My husband only has to work Wed. then he gets a 4 day holiday for thanksgiving! So we get to see a lot of eachother lately!! I guess Im thankful that we get to spend this little Winter Vacation together and show the kids other states this thanksgiving.
