Holiday Travel? Or Holiday at Home?

I've come to the conclusion that for me and my little rug rats, a little holiday traveling is fun, and a little holiday at home is fun.  It's the mix and match approach that seems to fit us best!  Thanksgiving we spend with family at thier home, and Christmas is at our own home, and normally we all pretty much keep to ourselves, unless my sister (who's a single mum) comes and then we fight over her!  This year will be my first holidays as a single mum, and THANK GOD I've got my grandma here in town who also would be alone if we didn't team up-so now niether of us will be on our own!  Isn't God so clever how he really does work all things together for good?

So...where are you spending your holidays this year?  And how's that workin' out for you?
