I don't look at people's medicine cabinet, but I do admit that I inspect the cleanliness of others' bathrooms. No matter how crazy, stressful, busy my life is, my bathrooms are clean, ESPECIALLY if people are coming over. So I check others' bathrooms, too.
I do not check out medicine cabinets, though, because I wouldn't want other people to look at mine. There are SO many things I wouldn't want others to see: tampons, pregnancy tests, wax (for body hair), preparation H, nursing pads, etc. :-)
Comments:
Okay, I admit that I want to inspect the contents in the medicine cabinet or under the sink, BUT just don't have the nerve to open up the doors, in fear the "little click" could be heard. I am not sure what's the curiosity is all about, maybe because its so personal that the insight might give you an idea of who the person really is.
However, I do observe cleanliness of the bathroom. Because my own mother's housekeeping skills were low on the totem pole growing up, I am a little OCD about my own bathrooms. There is just something about pee spots on the seat that makes me wipe all the time. Or the sink counter top needs to be wiped down every morning because of toothpaste, coffee rings, or moustache trimmings. Drives me nuts!
Peace
