Well, I just spent 95 minutes this evening watching this streaming video.   I think this is life changing.  If you can, commit some time to watch this.  I have been researching and compiling items about vegetarian and vegan, all whole food diets.  For the last year plus I have been making more vegan choices where I can.  I cannot believe how blinded we are, or that I have been, to what takes place on this Earth.  I need to do more to make amends for my blindness.....Below, I have copied some quotes from one of my favorite websites, and included the link also.
