Well this is my first journal post. I am not sure why I have never put one in before but here it goes. I can't believe how fast this year is going by. It seems like Patrick was just born and now he is working on turning 9 months old! And here comes Christmas. And that is just stressful in and of itself. We don't know if we are going to be able to afford Christmas presents due to financial difficutlies right now. We are trying to pay off credit card debt to get that off of our shoulders. I am going back to school for photography in January and my husband is probably going to go back to school within the next 6 months. So we will both be in school at the same time. We are hoping to get good jobs that pay better money. We just want to be able to afford our own place and live comfortabely. I guess it will just take time though.

i hear ya hun! i am a sahm and my husband is in the army. so trying to servive on a single military income isnt easy. in november i started getting nervous about christmas and being able to get our son anything for his 1st santa clause visit. so, i started my own pampered chef business and made $600 in commisson from my first 2 shows. it was great to be able to give him a good christmas. if you're looking to possibly do what i did with pampered chef, i'd love to help you get started. my director was 18k in debt & paid it off in 3 years from doing pc. i hope things get better for you.

It's hard not to have enough for the holidays (I know). The most important thing you'll remember later on is the time you spent together and your son's first Christmas. Keep your chin up - better times are ahead! And hope the school plans go well!
