I went to the doctor yesterday for my 35 week check up (I'll be 36 weeks Monday). She did a swab for Group B and we will get the results next week. She also checked me and said that I was 100% effaced,1-2 cm dilated, and baby was at -3 station...which was really good to hear because it meant to me that I didn't go through all those stinky contractions I've had for no reason. I'm also impressed that I'm progressing so smoothly and quickly, this being my first baby. Hopefully our lil runt will stay tight in there until mommy gets done with her final for school, but I really think she wants to make sure she gets here before Christmas so she can get her 'chicken dance' elmo that mommy and daddy have under the tree for her...lol!
