Lonely

I get lonely. At home all day long with just my son. Before my son, I drove a truck OTR. I lost contact with most of my friends. All I had left was one that was really my husband's friend's wife... When she made a decision that I could not morally back her on, we quit talking. Now, I'm here with my beautiful son, but I have no one to talk to but my husband. My parents live in town, but they never really have much time for me or for him. My husband is great. He deals with my craziness and moodiness from being lonely, but as much as he tries... He could never take the place of a good female friend. He just doesn't understand the really emotional sides of me.... So, I joined cafemom.com in hopes to find a friend or two.

Dec. 8, 2007 at 11:42 AM Hey just wanted to let you know you could talk with me anytime. I am usually at home expecially during the week. I sit at home with my son while the other kids are at school, so I check my mail and stuff often, as my son watches cartoons and plays, unless were reading a book or playing, but I check the computer often, so anytime you want to talk, just send me something. I get to the computer a little on the weekend, but not as often as during the week, as my husband is home and plays games on the computer. But if you send me something I will get back with you as soon as I get a chance.

Dec. 21, 2007 at 1:11 AM hey - I completely understand.  I moved to a new town 3 years ago and was completely alone, except for my husband and daughter  (then 9).  Meeting my friends was the best thing that could have happened to me.  If you want to talk, I promise I will check CafeMom every day.
