I dont know about you but for me it was a long hard road. I really need to do this (recruiting) more consistently. How does Jen Mills do it? I hope to get to the point where that's the only thing I have to worry about. Or maybe that's just it - I worry about it and it never happens it. But when I least expect it, it always does. I have to be consistent! I am not promoting our business on a regular basis. I found that out the hard way. What about others? Is that it, is that the secret to constant recruiting?
