We made it to Coordinator level!!  WOOHOO!!!!

I dont know about you but for me it was a long hard road.  I really need to do this (recruiting) more consistently.  How does Jen Mills do it?  I hope to get to the point where that's the only thing I have to worry about.  Or maybe that's just it - I worry about it and it never happens it.  But when I least expect it, it always does.  I have to be consistent!  I am not promoting our business on a regular basis.  I found that out the hard way.  What about others?  Is that it, is that the secret to constant recruiting?

Party Dallas Style, coming up!  Any suggestions?

It sure is sista. I was the same way when i first started, rejudging people and picking who I talked to it about, but after I got it through my thick head that people weren't saying 'no' to ME they were saying 'no' to the biz...my attitude changed. I'm glad I don't have to push this biz onto people. I noticed that when i 'overly' helped someone join the biz, it always backfired in my face. It's so much nicer working with people that WANT to do this biz and find their own way to do it. Your job is easier in training them and life is easier all the way around!

Congratulations on your new promotion!!! Now, you'll get a million emails from everyone...but you'll be in the loop a whole lot sooner than most!! NICE

Dec. 4, 2007 at 9:20 PM YES, it makes a big difference when you find others that are passionate about working the business as you are.  I cant go out thinking recruiting - I have to go out and just be passionate about what I do and the rest takes care of itself.  When I work on recruiting I never recruit.
