JCPenney shopping!!

With my $100 JCPenney gift card that CafeMom so generously gave me I was on a mission to shop for the "hardest" to shop for on my list!  This was my husband!  I asked him what he wanted and he wasn't really sure....big help to me, right?  haha...

He had been looking online at a couple of different sites at little battery operated bikes for kids.  He really really wanted to get one for our two year old for Christmas, but money is tight and hard to come by.  So, that probably wasn't going to happen.  But then I logged on to JCPenney.com to check out what they had.  I was dragged into the kids section since they were having a huge TOY sale!  So, I checked it out.  And what did I find, ride on battery operated bikes for kids!  I was so excited!  And they were having a free shipping sale too!!  Wow!  Who knew that JCPenney sold toys, and even what my husband had been looking at!  : )  So, with my $100 gift card, I got something that will both be for my husband and son!  I got this:

 

It was only $49.99!!  And it comes with the cute little trailer to haul around his toys!  My husband is going to be so happy!  Now they can ride their bikes in the backyard together!  Since this bike was such a great deal, I still had $50 left!!  So, I continued shopping!  Since I have two little ones it is impossible to go to the mall, so online shopping is right for me, I'm so happy that JCPenney.com exists!! 

So, I was off to find something for my husband.  He is a Hunter and loves to eat, so I thought of getting him something that might help him!  He had been talking about wanting a meat slicer for a long time, but I didn't think that we could ever afford one!  So, I went to the housewares dept. and what did I find?  I meat slicer!  And, it was on sale for only $39.99!!  Here is what I got!

Now he can process his meat faster and we can even save money by buying bulk lunch meat and slicing it ourselves!  What he's really going to be excited about though is being able to cut meat really thin for Carne Asada!  Mmmmm....

So, since my total was only about $90 I could still get one more thing!  So, I went to the game section.  A couple of years ago we saw this thing at the mall that was a video game controller that had over 100 games in it and you don't have to have a Nintendo or anything to play them.  (We don't have any video games in our house, so we really liked the idea of it.)  So, I found it at JCPenney.com!!  We would have really liked to have a Wii, but hey, this is better then nothing, and I'm sure he'll love it!  It was also on sale for only $19.99!  And since I didn't have to pay for shipping because they were having a free shipping sale, I didn't mind having to pay a little bit more to get it!  Here it it!

Thank you CafeMom and thank you JCPenney! I know this year is going to be one of our best Christmas' yet! I can't wait to see both my son and my husband's faces on Christmas morning when they see what "CafeMom Santa"  has brought them!  Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity!  I really really appreciate it so much!
