Well, Sunday made for an interesting day. Jackson had spent the night with my inlaws, which turned out to be a great thing. We got a phone call from Schuyler's neonatologist saying that he thought her shunt was not working properly. So he was having her transferred to the hospital where her neurosurgeon is based out of. Just across the street but we are on our 3rd trip here now. When we got over here they got her all settled in and then sent her down to get a CAT scan. About an hour after that they took her into surgery and replaced a part of her shunt. Surgery went well and hopefully will continue working well for a long time.

Today they had the GI practioner comeand take a look. She sent her to get an upper gi done, and now Schuyler is sleeping it off in her crib in the NICU. We are still waiting for the actual GI Doctor to come in and let us know what he thinks will happen. If all goes well she should have a G-tube put in for feeding tomorrow or Weds. Hopefully after that we will go back to our home hospital and stay for a week and then go home. Please keep schuyler and all of our family in your thoughts and prayers.
