Stop the screaming!!

I have 16 month old twins, and they have recently descovered how to scream!  It is driving me up the wall!  It is how they like to communicate with each other.  They also think it is the funniest thing ever.  It would not be so bad if thier screams were not so high pitched, and ear piercing!  I have tried a few different things such as putting them in time out, putting them to bed when they continually scream, and even screaming loader then them to see if it will stop them, but nothing is working!  Does anyone have any suggetions on what I can do to stop them from screaming?

Dec. 5, 2007 at 9:14 AM My son had a screaming phase, too.  I just waited a couple months and he doesn't do it much anymore.  Maybe you will be lucky and they'll get tired of it.  I would type more but my keyboard sucks.
