Please pray for an 11 year old boy named Joseph.  He was born with a heart defect and has had a rough life (medically).  He is in the hospital now, literally near death's door, awaiting a heart transplant.  I do believe in the power of prayer and hope that somehow God's will is to find him a heart.  Joseph is the son of a friend's relative.

In praise, I have a wonderful hardworking husband doing everything he can to keep it all together.  In prayer, I feel selfish asking, but really need prayer for our financial situation.

Dec. 6, 2007 at 9:43 PM This is a great idea!! I would like prayer that everything works out financially for Christmas. Being that me & my H are separated it's made things alot more stressful. I'm really not trying to worry, just put it in the Lord hands because I know he will work everything out! I guess I just need prayer that I will be more trusting of Him & not doubt & leave it in His hands. Thanks so much!!

raisedfour - That is wonderful of you to want prayer for this young boy. I'm sure he will have a lot of people praying for him.

amystephan - You are not selfish to ask for prayer for your financial situation. I've asked & I will ask again. Everyone goes through tough times.

supermomof6 - Dear, you will be alright through the holidays, I have faith in that.

I will pray for all you ladies & for Joseph.

I want to ask that you pray for my family. We are having a lot of financial trouble, as well. My husband lost his job 3 weeks ago, and our car broke down. *That's why he lost his job, he couldn't get to work*.. I have so much faith because God sent our Pastor to us just in the nick of time to help us with rent. Now we're just praying that he can find a good job to provide for our family.

Thanks for the prayers ladies. Naomi, this was a great idea. Bless you for this.

Dec. 6, 2007 at 11:54 PM pray for all of us to have a good christmas with our families and that we'll all be ok in financial way . and be warm at heart for those around us who are depressed and lonely out there at christmas. pray for those who don't have any family or friends to celebrate with and also don't have a home or anything .

May The Lord pour out his blessings and grace on all of you here and all that will post after my post.  May you all find comfort in the Lord and know that He is an awesome, loving God and He always answers our prayers.  We may not see it in the natural, but in the spiritual, HE is working.  If it is in HIS will, it WILL happen!!  Have faith and TRUST!

Thanks Naomi for all your prayers for me and my family already.  I

 am also separated with my husband and we are going through counseling.  I pray for his safe return home to me and our children and pray for a stronger marriage full of love and communication.  I pray for our financial situation as well as we head into this time of year with holidays, heating bills, and all of our medical bills.

I have faith HE will see us all through!

MY biggest and first prayer request is always for my dearest best friend in the world. Teri has been my best friend since '71. When we moved away  from her in '79, Teri went to hell..literally. She became a satanist, got heavily into drugs and perverted sex totally gave her life to serving satan--mainly through promotion of satanic music.  Two years ago Teri moved closer to where I am so she is back in my life. She's off drugs, but still into evil darkness.  I see her 3-4x's a year. We don't preach to her, cuz she'd run, but Teri needs salvation and only prayer is going to get her. I've got 2 beautiful moms here on cafemom that have added Teri to their burdens and have promised to pray with me. Teri MUST get saved.  She's my girl!  I love her almost as deeply as my own husband. She's been in my heart for 35 years! PLEASE PLEASE pray for Teri---her health is not that good, aand I'm afraid with her lifestyle, her life won't be that long. Please pray for her salvation and strength for me while  I pray for her.
