For those of you in the grips of winter...

Here's what we did last weekend....

I got my hubby a gas powered leaf blower for his birthday.  He wanted to try it out right away (hence the night time photo)...

The kids couldn't resist....

They played for an hour, then K-la lost her shoe (thanks to N8n)....

 We don't get snow down here so we make due with what we have!  This pile is only half the yard...There is a swale here (K-la is sitting on her butt)

and today it was about 70 degrees...I don't miss the Northern winters At All!

NOW THAT WAS NOT NICE!!!! lol!

Ok now I wanna live there, anywhere really with longer summers and nicer weather + a ocean I can at least drive too! Wow  that looks like alot of fun, hope you got in there too! I would've! I love the smell of old dried leaves, 2nd best next to the ocean smell baby! But really in that one picture it looks like it is snow falling except brown, and I love K-la wearing the hood to protect her hair, no doubt? lol!
