Help!!!

My Computer has me held hostage, I cant seem to get my butt off this chair and do what I need to do around the house..O boy its that time to cook something for my son...But everytime I go to leave this site I find something else that catches my eye and Im glued....LOL...Really trying to peel my self away here...LMAO..
