HI I just wanted to let you all know how our little princess Aryanna entered into this world.  We had to be at the hospital at 5 am on the 10th of dec.  I was starting to have really strong contractions before we even left for the hospital.  My c-section is scheduled for 7:30 am.  Can I make it?  That is what I was thinking.  I get to the hospital.  The nurse puts me in this little room to get me ready.  They put in the iv.  And start to give me fluids.  I swear that was the longest 2 hours I  had to wait.  but they finally came in and got me.  It was our time.  I was gonna meet our little princess.  They took me in and the dr. gave me the spinal.  I have to say this was a much better experience.  Then the last time I had one.  This one barely hurt.  The only part that hurt was him numbing me up.  He did a wonderful job.  Then the funny part was after he got it in and they told me to lay down on the table.  He looked at me and said can you try and move up some.  YOu are down to far LOL...  I was already numbing up.  It was like watching a beached whale or something trying to move on dry land.  but I finally got where I needed to be.  And then my husband and mother both got to come in.  And then the dr. started and at 8:22 am our little girl was born.  She weighed in at 7lbs and 11 oz.  she was 20 inches long.  She is perfect.  We are so much in love with her.  But her big brother is a little jealous.  But we have so much love for the both of them.  We are just happy excited and  thrilled all rolled into one. What a wonderful christmas we got this year.  She is a true blessing to our family.

Dec. 20, 2007 at 5:56 PM Precious story~sounds like you do have lots of love to share!! So important! I wondered how I could possibly share the love that I had so much for my first baby girl, and then I had two more babies! The love just multiplies! Congrats to you and your family! Just make sure that you get some one on one time with your son when you can, sit and read a book, or just hang out together alone so he doesn't feel like he lost that all together with baby sister coming along! lol!

Congradulations! He will get over his jealousy as time passes by, he has been the baby plus he isnt veery old. Your family went through a lot with his birth and being a preemie he is very attached to his environment.

Enjoy both of them, they are adorable
