A few Christmas thoughts...

It's a beautiful day here in Ontario - the sun is shining and the trees are all frosty and white and I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. 

My big kids are now at their dad's for a couple of days, my little guy is down for a nap, my husband is doing a little boxing day shopping and I thought I'd take a moment to myself.  This moment is just a little rest in my week.  We had my family here yesterday - not huge but 14 people for dinner.  Then we go to Rod's mom's later today and to his dad's (4 hours away) for Friday and Saturday.  We are so blessed to be able to take the time to visit with everyone.

And that's why I wanted to post something today.  To wish everyone joy - whether you celebrate Christmas or not -  I hope you're able to spend time with your families and friends and able to take a minute to appreciate the beauty of the world: a single snowflake, a child's smile, the warmth of the sun, to name only a few.
