Can anyone help find a meaning,pls?

I thought i'd posted this before and was amazed when I couldn't find the post.

For my first baby's name, i believe circumstances influenced my decision in naming him Phoenix even though the name popped into my consciousness before I researched the meaning and saw it suited me perfectly.....

I'm prego again, haven't gone to check the sex yet but intuitively I feel it's going to be a girl even though I'll love to have another boy but the name Cissera popped into my consciousness and I've searched for the meaning and have found nothing on it. I'll really appreciate it if anyone would help me with a meaning or origin or any info on the name Cissera,pls.

It means a lot to me cos my due date is fast approaching.
