Ok, 3 Years is the max; the limit. I am talking about breastfeeding. Now some of you may not breastfeed past 8 months or even a year. I thought it would so easy to ween my son but the deep truth is; I am not totally ready...YES, I (me) am not totally ready.

I enjoy our bonding and his dependency on me;, the milk. That time we spend is so precious to me as we bond on a whole nutha' level...either way, 3 years is the cap and I know that soon, I will have to let him go and stop...

Jan. 7, 2008 at 7:57 PM  I nursed my daughter until she was three ,believe me she wasnt ready to let go then, by then she wasn't actually using the boob as nourishment , it became more of a comfort for her thats when i weaned her, she only wanted it at night so she could go to sleep. I wasn't ready to let go before three either.
