I am 15 1/2 weeks pregnant with my third child.  This is my fourth pregnancy though.  I lost one in March of this year, so I've been really paranoid this time.  Well, from the beginning, I've had pain.  I went to the hospital at 9 weeks, and they said the baby was fine, that I just had a cyst on my ovary.  My doctor doesn't seem too, how should I say, involved.  My pain comes and goes, and the doc doesnt seem to think it matters.  I had trouble with all my pregnancies,  my second one, I STAYED on bedrest.  But I've moved to the country, and I'm concerned that this doctor and hospital arent going to be as nice as the last one.  I'd hate to constantly be in the ER, but how can I get these guys to give a crap?

Anyway, I have to make breakfast, my kids are up now.

Dec. 29, 2007 at 9:24 AM Can you find a new dr that might be more caring?  Maybe after calling the dr in the middle of the night a few dozen times because you are worried will make him care a little more.  I hope everything's alright.  Take it easy and take care of yourself.

Dec. 30, 2007 at 11:26 AM I lived in Elizabethtown and had a great doc there so if you decide to start looking for a new one let me know.  I know it is a little bit of a drive from Campbellsville but usually worth it for a good doc.
