Today sucks and it's just now 6:30 a.m. Of course having not had any sleep can make it suck. I have insomnia and it's starting to affect me really bad. I've been really moody and I've started getting depressed. I hardly have anything to do with my daughter which just makes me feel worse. So any ideas besides doctors visit and sleep aids would be helpful. I've tried sleep aids and they don't work for me and i don't have the money to go to the doctor so thats why those 2 are ruled out. PLEASE if you have any ideas let me know
