Sharing love brings you happy all over like a new set of clothes.
Pet you cat or dog, see how they accept this love and flow it back to you in a stream. Pets are wonderful ways to teach us to love without conditions and expectations. They just love.
Start writing down all the stuff and people in your life right this instant that bring love and joy, ease and comfort to you.
Being grateful changes you from the inside out. Go ahead start that list and add to it each and every day. The more grateful you feel the more flows into your life to be grateful for.
Gratitude feels good, it lifts your spirits and the spirits of everyone you come into contact with.
Have you got a favorite song? Start singing. Get up and move around while you sing. This gets the body happy and the mind follows. The more you sing and dance the better you will feel.. and it's all about feeling good.
Take a trip down memory lane for a bit. Think back about all the joy you shared with family and friends.
Enjoy the hugs, smiles and giggles all over again. This is a wonderful aspect of memory, it brings us to a good place as often as we like to visit.
Go into the future by seeing yourself living the life of your dreams. Walk around in your new home, drive that new car, boot up that spanking new computer. Really get your imagination into high gear.
You may also enjoy exercise, take up martial arts, start an art class, find a new hobby, make new friends.
