Music video's on profile

Hey I was wondering if any one knew how to get a music video onto cafe-mom's page? I want the music video "when your gone" from Avril Lavigne. I know it is possible but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me out?

Jan. 4, 2008 at 8:27 PM go to wigets and find the you tube one.  see if the video is on youtube and then follow the wiget instructions.
