So this year has a lot of promises. I started a gym membership the Monday after Thanksgiving. I know what your all thinking, "are you seriously thinking about losing weight during the Holidays is just setting yourself up for failure." I thought so to, but I made a decision the day I joined the gym, I will lose weight before my 10 year high school reunion in July of this year. So I started my weight loss journey.
Yesterday I did my monthly check-in with my trainer. I was hoping for the at least some small results. My trainer started measuring, low and behold I did have some results. I lost all over 6.5",8 lbs. & 1% of body fat!!! So now I plan on working twice as hard.
Work as been great. I absolutely love my job and my company pays well. I hope to advance further with them.
