scary afternoon

had a very scary afternoon yesterday.me and my best friend went to my dad's house to get boxes out of the garage.we went into the garage at the top was a crowbar i thought it was their for security. i took it out i want to pull up the door and take out the stuff that way. i try couple of times the door would not move to i call to my friend to help me. to from the inside we pull it up the top panel of the garage came off the track flap back and hit us both in are heads. we were in so much pain we bought black out at first.then my head hurt so bed i thought it going to blow up. i look at my friends seen she was bleeding and crying . mine we both screaming and crying . her daughter was with us she got the-towel for my friend and call 911. they came.we OK now they said i have blunt trauma/concussion and she has concussion and 3 stitches in her ear but i guess it could be worst .
