An only child day....

Today was one of Those Days...the kind of day you spend counting down the seconds, not minutes, until husband gets home from work.  Amelia was just into absolutely everything today...my tampons, dental floss, pens, photos, library books, baby wipes, her dresser drawers.... She was just exhausting today.  I just want to lock myself into a sound-proofed room somewhere with a bottle of wine and some really disgustingly greasy take out.  Can't do that, so I'll just keep counting down until BEDTIME!  Eight o'clock hits and Mama can steal some time to herself.  Somedays, like today, I really live for that.  I love my daughter and being a mom, but wow do I relish that time to myself.   Now if only my husband could make himself scarce.....

 So to all the other mamas out there who have had a Day....  *cheers* to BEDTIME!

I'll cheers to that! lol  I know all to well the feeling of just wanting it to be bedtime! Try and hang in there! Here's some chocolate for you and a drink as well!!
