Our little 3 A.M wake up call!!

We have just recently moved and in between that move our daughter was sleeping with us due to lack of room... When we settled back into our place we have put her back into her room and into her own crib... She cries herself to sleep every night which last about 10 mins ... then wakes up every morning around 3 A.M either my husband or I go and get her and bring back into our bed where then she is peaceful and yes quite!! The reason to why we just don't let her cry is because we live in apartment and don't want to wake nor upset or neighbors or are annoying 14 month year old daughter !!! We need advice and HELP!!!
