They come out with new studies all the time and I just don't even know what to believe anymore. When I first found out Isaiah has autism I didn't think it could be the vaccines but now the more I look into it the more I just don't know any more. For my other babies I think I will still get them vaxed but I will do it on a delayed schedule. I have a feeling that my husband has asperger's and I don't want to take any chances for my other two boys.

Jan. 21, 2008 at 8:50 AM My personal take on this is that autism is also genetic. Therefore, people who have gotten the shots with the higher doses of thimerosol might not have shown the autistic traits, but might have still passed it on to their kids. JMO. Your daughter is adorable!!

Jan. 24, 2008 at 8:45 PM thank you SO MUCH for this information! i really considered NOT vaccinating the new baby....not that i have any children diagnosed with Autism.....and all of them are vaccinated (which makes for pretty good odds, since there are 4). i guess old age leaves me questioning every decision i have every made regarding child rearing.

Mar. 28, 2008 at 4:21 PM I never thought it was vaccines, I think it is completely a sex-linked...problem(I have no clue whether to call it a disorder or not) like one of those things that can ben dormant in the parents because they only have one of the genes for it, but become active in children if both parents carry the gene and pass both on.

I would like to share my babys story with all of you.Both for Prayers,advice,opinions,and for support groups that might be formed for this specifically in the future.

her screen name is booboobunny.

She is almost 18 months old.She only has 2 words.Mama and Dada.She signs a few words.She head butts so she wears a helmet.She stays chronically ill.And was born with chronic constipation.

Now then on the whole vaccs issue.She did not have any prob other than the constipation .But let me tell you after her first set of vaccs.She had a raging temp,glossy eyes, and was in a vegattative state.

This has happened every time she received the vaccs.

Thankfully we were told do not under any circumstances vaccinate her again.That was right before her 1 year and a flu shot.

She is being followed by gastro docs, immunologists,neurologists,and a possible genetist.

Lily is suspected of having primary immuno defiencey disoder /metabolic disoder.Meaning she is missing half of her immune system.She is not able to get well with antibiotics,she gets extreme temps.Her last was 104.8

She also has seizures however her last one was seen on a EEG and it was in the right frontal lobe.That is where memory,vision, and audiotory are controlled.

Her head butting has gotten worse,if she doesnt have access to a wall, glass window,etc she will hit her own head with her little hands,she cries when we sign o or take her hands away.

She acts as though she has no feeling of pain.To you and I if we hit our head on something it would hurt we would feel pain, cuss what have you...She seems un phased.

She also will only eat soft foods...nothing hard or crunchy.

She is on formula for medically fragile children as she does not get enough calories through out the day.

She makes this high pitch screeching noise, when she wants something, or when upset or angry.

She wraps herself in a cacoon in the shower curtain and I have to bathe her in her wrappped world or she shrieks.

Drying her after her bath,getting a diaper, getting dressed, or undressed is a challenge as she gets so upset.

She cannot stand the feeling of anything on her feet......socks.....grass, sand..easetr grass, crumbs,anything it doesnt matter how teeny tiny she freaks out.

She has staring spells.......she waves her hands when she hears music.....But oh how she loves music!!!

She is so affectionate and the most prescious baby.

We just yesterday received the refferl to get her in to a child study program.I pray we have answers soon.

So, what do you all think?

p.s. her metabolic profile was abnormal and her amonia level is elevated even though she is on lactulose for the constipation.

please pray for her.

btw I am not bothering to watch your video.  I know all about autism, i live with it daily.  my son has it.  the reason it happens more in boys then girls is because the mercury adheres to the testosterone.  So since boys have more testosterone, you have more autism in boys than girls.

if you want to spread awareness, stop scaring people and educate them to get vaccinated with only thimerisol free vaccines and spead them apart.   Start reading labels!
