Stay calm!  If you get upset, your kids sense it from you, they get upset, and there you are, stuck in a never-ending vicious cycle!  So, yes, if it means my house goes dirty, car goes dirty, things go undone, they go undone....if it means that by doing them I am going to lose patience with my children. :)
