As much as I love shopping (for clothes and homegoods and other stuff) I need to avoid it. I cannot go into Target, Marshalls, Kohls, Old Navy, Bobs or anyother stores. Especially boutiques. May I add that I would love to own a boutique one day.
Anyways, I do happen to go in once in a while, but I am strictly clearance when it comes to me. My kids on the other hand, I bite the bullet a little and may get something on sale for them, but I can make some cheap clothes look good. Yes, I said it I get big headed sometimes.
I am due for some new jeans, as I am creeping up in my 30's I need to get rid of some jeans that didn't fit me as good as they did when I was 25. It's a hard transition for me but I am getting over it.
I enjoy food shopping also, hell it's the only shopping I can do without feeling guilty! I am involving my daughter with the list because I am getting her to try making a dinner once a week since she has a passion for cooking.
Well thats it, not very interesting this week. But I like to try to remain consistent.

Avoiding shopping is a good thing..but knowing when you need to shop is a good thing also. LOL
it's good to have your daughter shop and cook. You should get your sons involved in it too and teach them also i'm sure they will enjoy it.. (hopefully)
