This week has been very busy, I am stopping by to journal my success in walking a total of 3 days so far. My goal is to walk 5 days a week, I am eating healthy, I eat when I am hungry, this stops me from over eating right now my weight is resting at 200 lbs. I think my body is in shock that it is being moved. I have to say I enjoy the walks with Sadie and once in a while my husband joins me. I can make the walk around the subdivision in about 30 minutes and that is all I can do right now. My left calf burns as well as my sporadic nerve on my right backside, this happened the last time I got on a exercise plan, I have to slow down when it starts to bother me and I have to keep going even when I am uncomfortable. This is not a New Years resolution here, I picked January for my journey because it starts at the New year and it just helps me to feel organized to start at the beginning and take it one step at a time.

I'm going to the gym tomorrow for the first time. I joined last month! As far as eating, well, I haven't gotten there yet. I know it's just a mental thing.
