I eat fast food at least once or twice a week. I get the best of intentions to be healthy6 but that is my addiction--junk food. I dont drink or smoke instead I crave junk.  My husband nags at me about it a lot he hates the whole junk food thing with me.

Mar. 5, 2007 at 10:52 PM Try ordering a kids meal instead of the real thing.  It's smaller portions and you get a cool toy as well :)  That way you can gradually work your way down.

i usually buy a kids meal ..especially when im hungry then i wont overindulge...im a big fan of sweets..anything sweet..even though im picky about a couple things..lol my husband enjoys them with me..but he keeps his to a minimum...
