baby on sleep strike

My daughter has recently discovered that she can stand and crawl all around the house and get into everything. Now she will not go to sleep. No naps, not nights. She wants to be awake all of the time. She used to be good at nap time and bedtime. What can I do? Does this happen to all babies? Help!!!
