Back & Updating!

Alright Ladies,

I'm back... or at least mostly back, anyways! LOL. Baby Kaden finally got released from the hospital on Tuesday, I stayed with my Dad and Stepmom with the kiddos until today.... Had to have a little help while trying to adjust to having baby home! :)

Things are going great here... Except for the missing hubby and a little sleep deprivation! LOL

Kaden is doing extremely well, and has grown a whole INCH since he was born almost 2 weeks ago, and he's right at 6 lbs now (or was, as of the day they released him!), so he's definitely growing and getting stronger! :) All the other kids just absolutely ADORE him, and they fight over "whose baby" he is! LOL.. I was concerned about Tori & Vincie getting jealous of him, since they're only 2 and 3, but it's really sweet the way they have decided that he is "their baby" and they are SUPER PROTECTIVE of him... and, might I add, constantly trying to "share" things with him. LOL. That part kinda worries me, since it's inevitably things that he's too little to have, but at least they aren't jealous! :)

Hubby is sitting in the big ol' sandbox as I type, and I am worried about him, but trying not to dwell on it.. (Haha.. like I have time to dwell on ANYTHING anyway). He emails when he gets a chance, which, right now is about every 3 days, but, I know that could change at any time, and I try not to worry too much if I don't hear from him for a few days...  But, we're definitely learning to make each communication count! It's amazing what you can type in 5 minutes or less and how much you can actually say, when you get rid of all the unneccessary words or sayings. It's kind of like we're typing "shorthand"... LOL

Anyway, was just taking a break from some housecleaning and getting ready to go take a nap before baby wakes up again, thought I'd update. I'm gonna go nap now, I have a ton of errands to run tomorrow morning!

Jan. 25, 2008 at 1:59 AM I am so glad the baby is doing great and you are fine. SO do you know when hubby will be able to come home again. I hope soon so yall can all see him. keep us posted on how things are. and congrats again
