I Need Ideas

Im looking for ideas for baby shower games, favors and decorations. Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ive always liked the baby food one. You get teams of 2. Both are  blind folded sitting accross form one another one iseating and the other feeding the other team mate a jar of baby food. They cant know what kind of baby food:P The one who is doing the eating must wear a bib. And what ever team gets the most baby food down and not on the bib or thier ear wins.  so fun

put plastic babies into water. add dye if you know if a boy or girl. freeze them into ice cubes. at the party each guest gets an ice cube. whosever water breaks first, gets a prize.

Just went to a shower where they had 2 games.  First, they had a tray with baby items on it, gave the guests a set amount of time to study the tray and then whoever had the most correct items on the list won.  The second was each guest got a paper where the names of adult animals were on one side and the baby names of those animals were on the other but not matched.  You had to match as many as you could in a set amount of time.  e.g.  Cow---------calf.   They had eagle, hawk, kangaroo, etc.
