So long ago

So it was a long time ago when I posted last.  I actually had stopped getting on cafemom because I dealt with a lot of drama on here that I get on the Internet to escape from -- not find.  Anyways, I decided to find some new groups to join and hang out, maybe just sit quietly by and leave the occasional comment, which I've been doing.  In the meantime, I have been reading a lot of books, doing photo sessions from time to time (although, to be honest, I haven't put as much effort into that as I should but I am considering getting a booth in town to sell some of my photography and get my name out there.)  I've also taken over the youth group at church.  There was a need for a leader due to the fact that the group has basically been non existent since shortly after I graduated high school.  So we had our first meeting and it was GREAT.  We're planning lots of things for the next few months and then a summer trip to Fiesta Texas which is very exciting.  I haven't been since I was in 7th grade.
Today, Mike and I are planning on finally taking 1st birthday pictures of Jovie, so we've been getting things organized in the house so we can set up the equipment.  I should've done this along time ago, but it seems like things tend to move a lot slower when you have two kids. 
Well, I feel like, at this point, I am rambling so I am going to close there.  Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
