So I know its been a really long time since I have wrote about the boys and I appologize. It just has been pretty busy around here with Cyris being home. I just got a phone all about 10 minutes ago from the doctor about Kaige. He is in an open crib now, weighs 3lbs 6oz, nippled 6 out of the 8 feedings from a bottle. They said they are working on him being 4lbs before he comes home, getting his hernia fixed because he does have one of those, and he will more than likely come home on oxygen. As for Cyris he is doing great here at home. We took him to the clinic yesterday for a weigh in and he weighs 5lbs 13 oz. He eats 4oz every 4 hours and is doing fantasic. Thank you all for the support and prayers it means alot to us.

Jan. 29, 2008 at 8:52 PM I am glad to hear they are both doing well. It is exciting to see Cryis gaining weight well, and I am sure once Kaige is home and with his family he will start really thriving too. Remember to take care of yourself too :)

Jan. 30, 2008 at 10:01 AM I'm glad to hear that the boys are doing wonderful. God is Good. You will notice that Kaige will do even better once he gets home with the rest of the family. My smaller twin stayed in the hospital till February (born November).. cause he didn't want to feed from a bottle but they let me stay over night with him and he feed for me... some of the nurses wasn't patient enough and they just stuck the tube down his throat. So once he got home he was MUCH MUCH better with feeding. Congrats on growth of the boys :) have fun and enjoy them.
