Proud Michael

This past weekend, Michael bowled a 150. He was so proud. He got 3 strikes in a row and missed the fourth but a stubborn 7 pin. But the look on his face made me so happy.  We just got him his own ball, shoes and bag. He feels like a grownup. He is learning to follow directions on where to stand and throw the ball to pick up the spares. It brings such joy to us watching him enjoy doing things that others do.

Apr. 16, 2007 at 9:06 AM that's wonderful that he found something that he likes to do that is fun.  You never know...you might have a professional bowler on your hands!  He bowls better than I do! (my 6 year old son also bowls better than I do....hmmm..that dosn't say much for my bowling ability.)
