Snow Days

We've been hit with a second burst of snow. The first little snow storm we got was the usual couple of days, then it went away. By a freak coinsadance my SS already had snow boots, but my little SD didn't. We went everywhere and could not find a decent pair of snow boots with traction that didn't cost a fortune. Her sneakers were much better suited for the snow than anything they had on the market.
But we did finally find some yesterday. They're hiking boots, but they are so nice....and suprisingly quiet in the house.
This snow spirt is much nicer because of the amount of the snow that has arrived. We made snow men, snow angels, and took tons of pictures of local snow men.
Last year, we didn't get to spend as much time with them when it snowed, and I really missed that. I love watching the kids in the snow.
