Can time be slowed down?

Today my daughter turns 13,actually not until tonight but I still cannot believe it.  I can remember getting ready to go to the hospital to be induced since she was 11 days late (we were hoping she would be a Superbowl baby,but you know girls they like to make a grand entrance & take their time).

Happy 13th birthday sweetie! Your not a baby anymore but you will always be my baby.

that comment is cute because i remember my little girl now almost 8 how i wanted her to have her own birthday my dad said shed be a girl born on the 4th of july, i always told my daddy pick another day please i want her to have her own day!!  and when i was on the way to the hospital the last thing i did was laugh and say yes your a girl cause you don't listen already!!! 

they grow up so fast!  my kasey is talking on the phone already, gosh i don't remember being so young and talking on the phone!
