I'm trying to lose the baby fat and i hit a plateau for a month there but i got out of it today! By working my ass off i have made it out of the 171 now i'm 170! This is a big deal for me cause i was 171 for 1 month now. I have change my cal in take to 1000 a day and workout with a weigh vest that add on 20 pounds for 2 hour. That is my time! Also with my fiance help of never letting me give up.So i'm looking forward to the new me! I hope this help any one that hit a plateau. I was 210 after the baby now 170!

If you added about 200 calories a day...you would be surprised. You should loose a little more at a time by taking in 1200 cal. My husband works for jenny Craig and he has given me a ton of tips. Drink a ridiculous amount of water and cut some carbs out of your diet. Not all though...as soon as you have carbs again you will gain it right back.
