Along with being a woman, I am a minority with dark skin. I have encountered the "glass celing" in my worklife far more often being a woman, than being a dark skinned minority. Don't get me wrong I have experienced racism countless times in my life because of the color of my skin, but being a woman in this day and age, you don't really think that you would be discriminated against, sometimes so blatantly. The difference in pay for the same job between women and men is pretty disparraiging. I expect to encounter racism, horribly enough, and am prepared for it...but I do not ever expect to experience genderism. We need Hillary to turn things around, a leader who will show compassion, and understand the struggles that women today face. Someone tough enough to fight the men in Washington and break the "glass celing" for women all over America. Not only do I agree with many of her stances on the basic issues, universal healthcare (an issue I have supported her on since Bill was in office), promoting energy independence, providing more help & support for our veterans, improving our schools, ending the war...ect. I know she will fight for those  who feel they have no voice. My vote is for Hillary...and "breaking the glass celing" is one more reason why.
