Well I find myself writing another weight loss journal because like many other women, I fell off the wagon so to speak. I had such a strong motivation when I started my weight loss journey back in September until I started putting other things before taking care of myself. Back then I never missed a day of working out and I never cheated on my diet. I also still enjoyed time with friends. Somehow I lost my motivation to work out and started eating everything in sight! Now that I gained almost everything back and finally had the guts to weigh myself this morning, I realize it's time to REALLY get this weight off. I'm committed 100%. I'm writing a food and exercise journal and doing weekly weigh ins. I have a plan of when I will work out and for how long. I was watching E News yesterday and they were interviewing an actress who recently lost 40 lbs after having a baby. She said "I NEVER miss my daily workout, no matter what!" That is my new way of thinking. I will never miss a workout from now on. I also hung up my size 6 jeans in my bedroom which I intend to wear again during the summer. I'm so excited to have my motivation back! I will be updating this journal along the way. Now it's time to work out! =)

Update 02/03/08

I weighed myself Saturday just out of curiousity and I was already down 2 pounds, just by changing the things I eat and exercising. I also ran into Brad's co-worker Nick, his wife, and their twins at the mall and when he spoke to Brad afterwards he said "Your wife is hot!" It made me feel so good because I've met him plenty of times but I was mostly pregnant. I found this great site called fitday.com where you can sign up for free and create goals, make food and exercise entrys, write in a journal, see what weight is healthy for your height. It's great for people who like to track their progress. I like how it tells you how many weeks you have left to meet your goal. I think mine is 22 weeks (Riley's birthday). It's my new favorite site! I can't wait until Friday to see how much weight I lost this week!

02/08/08 - Lost 5 Lbs

02/15/08 - Lost 1 lb (Started weight training so I think I gained Muscle because I worked my butt off lol)

02/22/08 - Lost 3 lbs

03/01/08 - Lost 1 lb (First Goal Met)

03/07/08 - Lost 2 lbs

03/14/08 - Lost 2 lbs

03/21/08 - Lost 3 lbs

03/28/08 - Lost 1 lb Didn't do as much exercise as I usually do

04/04/08 - Lost 2 lbs
